Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires actively engaging in the development lifecycle to create innovative solutions that enhance client services. The work environment encourages adopting new technologies and methodologies with a focus on cloud-first strategies and agile practices. Collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and delivery of high-quality software products is a key aspect of daily activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and product quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project goals and deliverables effectively.
- Uses AI tools to author IaC (Terraform, Helm), pipelines, and runbooks, and to accelerate incident triage applies review gates so generated config is never applied unvalidated.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Automation DevOps.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to streamline software delivery.
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure as code and configuration management tools.
- Ability to design scalable and resilient cloud architectures.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies.
- Competence in scripting and automation to optimize operational workflows.
- Knowledge of Capital Markets and Investment Management, with experience across securities, trading, portfolio management, investment operations, and related financial services processes.
- AI Technical Skills: Hands-on use of approved coding assistants (for example, GitHub Copilot) with context-rich prompting, generated-configuration review, and automated validation of infrastructure as code, pipelines, and scripts. Ability to deploy and operate AI-enabled services with versioned prompts and configurations, evaluation gates, secrets management, observability, rollback, and human approval for production changes. Integrate approved LLM APIs into controlled runbook and incident-triage workflows. Evaluate response quality, latency, cost, prompt-injection resistance, and sensitive-data handling. AI tech stack: Terraform, Helm, CI/CD platforms, Python/shell scripting, containers, Kubernetes, LLM APIs, and project-approved monitoring and evaluation tools. Framework and platform choices are project-dependent.

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Cloud Automation DevOps.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
