Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires actively engaging in the entire development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. The engineer collaborates with various stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that enhance client services, while continuously exploring and applying emerging technologies. Embracing a cloud-first and agile approach, the role demands adaptability and creativity to address complex business challenges effectively and efficiently.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project goals.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Use approved AI assistants to support AWS architecture design, infrastructure-as-code authoring, design documentation, and test planning. Validate generated designs and configurations for security, IAM permissions, network isolation, resilience, deployment risk, and cost before approval protect client data and retain human review accountability.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS Architecture.
- Experience designing scalable and secure cloud infrastructure using AWS services.
- Strong knowledge of cloud computing concepts including deployment, monitoring, and automation.
- Ability to architect solutions that optimize performance, cost, and reliability in cloud environments.
- Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools and cloud security best practices.
- Experience integrating cloud services with application development workflows.
- Knowledge of Capital Markets and Investment Management, with experience across securities, trading, portfolio management, investment operations, and related financial services processes.
- AI Technical Skills: Hands-on use of approved AI assistants with context-rich prompting, generated-design review, and deployment validation. Ability to architect AWS-hosted LLM services, structured outputs, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) with secure data access, least-privilege IAM, network isolation, observability, and human approval gates. Evaluate response quality, latency, cost, prompt-injection resistance, and sensitive-data handling. AI tech stack: Amazon Bedrock or project-approved LLM APIs, approved retrieval/vector stores, Amazon S3, AWS Lambda or container services, IAM, Secrets Manager, CloudWatch, and infrastructure as code. Framework and platform choices are project-dependent.
- Managerial Skills: Lead AWS solution delivery and migration planning, resource allocation, budget tracking, dependency and risk management, and stakeholder alignment coordinate architecture, security, and operations teams and mentor cloud engineers.
- Architectural Skills: Define AWS target architectures, account and network structures, least-privilege identity boundaries, service selection, and integration patterns design for availability and disaster recovery and document security, performance, operational, and cost trade-offs through architecture reviews.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in AWS Architecture.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
