Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role requires adapting application features, managing software releases, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the system. The engineer works closely with various teams to implement solutions using standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with organizational goals. Continuous monitoring and fine-tuning of applications are essential to maintain optimal functionality and user satisfaction throughout the day.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize application configurations to enhance system efficiency and user experience.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Field Service.
- Strong knowledge of configuring and customizing packaged or software as a service applications.
- Experience working with application programming interfaces and low-code platforms to develop and integrate solutions.
- Ability to manage software release cycles and ensure system stability during updates.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting and resolving complex application issues in a multi-team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Field Service.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
