Project Role Description : Responsible for developing and/or engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code. Use development skills to deliver innovative solutions that help our clients improve the services they provide. Leverage new technologies that can be applied to solve challenging business problems with a cloud first and agile mindset.

Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, your day involves designing, building, and refining comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. You engage in creating seamless experiences that align with client needs while continuously exploring and integrating emerging technologies. Your work supports innovative solutions that enhance service delivery, all within a collaborative and agile environment focused on cloud-first approaches and addressing complex business challenges.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables.
- Continuously update knowledge on industry trends and emerging technologies to apply best practices.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to foster professional growth.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining high-quality standards across the development lifecycle.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong understanding of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience with backend development using Java and related frameworks.
- Familiarity with database management and integration techniques.
- Knowledge of cloud computing concepts and agile development methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance across the stack.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
