In the role of Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This position requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet organizational goals. The role includes setting benchmarks for code quality, scalability, and system performance, while fostering collaboration among team members to deliver solutions that align with business needs. Continuous evaluation and refinement of technical approaches are integral to maintaining high standards and driving project success.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to optimize project outcomes.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Datasphere.
- Strong expertise in designing scalable and high-performance software architectures.
- Experience in leading software development teams and managing technical delivery.
- Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and provide innovative solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and integration of enterprise applications.
- Skilled in ensuring code quality through best practices and automated testing frameworks.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP BTP Datasphere.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
