Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires actively engaging in the full software development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration of components to deliver robust and efficient solutions. The engineer collaborates with various stakeholders to understand business needs and applies innovative approaches to enhance service delivery. Embracing a cloud-first and agile methodology, the workday is dynamic, focusing on creating scalable and maintainable applications that address complex challenges while continuously adapting to evolving technologies and client requirements.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development processes and product quality.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong experience with front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- In-depth knowledge of backend development using Java and related frameworks.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and services to support scalable application deployment.
- Experience in designing RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
- Ability to work within agile development environments and utilize version control systems effectively.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
