Project Role Description : Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.

Summary:
Independently deliver API management, monitoring and production-support activities across Integration Suite landscapes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Configure and test API proxies, policies, products, applications, security controls, quotas, rate limits and analytics.
2. Support Event Mesh queues, topics and subscriptions and B2B partner configurations under approved designs.
3. Monitor iFlows and APIs, triage incidents, analyze traces and payloads, validate certificates and coordinate endpoint fixes.
4. Execute regression, resilience and operational-readiness tests and document exceptions, recovery steps and evidence.
5. Support transports, version control, release validation, runbooks, dashboards, knowledge articles and service handover.
6. Maintain RAG ratings, risks, recurring-problem records and remediation actions escalate security, performance or SLA concerns.
Professional & Technical Skills:
1. Must To Have Skills: SAP BTP Integration Suite, Cloud Integration, enterprise integration patterns, iFlow design, message mapping, security, monitoring, testing and SAP S/4HANA integration.
2. Good to have Skills: API Management, Event Mesh or Advanced Event Mesh, Integration Advisor, Trading Partner Management, Open Connectors, Edge Integration Cell, SAP Cloud ALM and PI/PO migration.
3. Experience with REST, SOAP, OData, IDoc, RFC, SFTP, HTTP, JMS, XML, JSON, CSV, XSLT, Groovy scripting, certificates, OAuth 2.0 and mTLS.
4. Experience with reusable integration standards, version control, transport or CI/CD, non-functional testing, operational monitoring, incident management and audit evidence
5. Demonstrated experience in distressed integration diagnostics, stabilization, turnaround planning, remediation governance and recovery execution, with evidence of improving interface reliability, defect containment, operational stability, cutover readiness or stakeholder confidence.
AI and Digital Expectations:
1. Use SAP Generative AI, Joule, Microsoft Copilot and other approved AI tools to analyse integration designs, mappings, scripts, logs, defects, test evidence, RAID records and operational data identify patterns, dependencies, inconsistencies and anomalies.
2. Apply human validation, confidentiality, security, bias awareness, traceability and compliance with client and organisational policies to all AI-assisted outputs.
Leadership and Stakeholder Competencies:
1. Communicate evidence-based integration findings clearly and collaborate across business, functional, architecture, security, application, testing, operations, SI and third-party teams.
2. Coach team members, own outcomes appropriate to the level, and escalate material delivery or production risks with evidence and recommended actions.
Desirable Experience:
1. Relevant SAP certification or training in SAP Integration Suite, Integration Developer, BTP administration, API management, event-driven architecture or related technologies.
2. Exposure to Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, HR, procurement or customer-process integrations and regulated or audit-sensitive environments.
Additional Information:
1. Typically 7-10 years of relevant SAP, middleware, integration or enterprise application delivery experience.
2. A 15 years full-time education is required.
