Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that meet unique business requirements. The role includes coding and refining various components within systems or applications, ensuring they perform efficiently and scale effectively. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and adapting to agile methodologies are integral parts of the daily workflow, enabling the delivery of high-quality software products that align with organizational goals and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities.
1) Python-based automation of MS Access, database, reporting, reconciliation, and scheduled operational processes
2) Develop and optimize complex SQL queries across SQL Server, Oracle and DB2 environments.
3) Review existing Alteryx workflows, where applicable, to understand and reverse-engineer processing logic.
