As a Graphic and Visual Designer, a typical day involves applying design principles and utilizing various technologies and techniques to craft captivating visual concepts that effectively communicate key sales messages across both print and digital platforms. The role requires close collaboration with diverse teams to develop innovative and client-focused creative solutions that tell a compelling visual story, ensuring that the final deliverables resonate with the intended audience and meet project objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the creative direction to ensure alignment with client goals and brand guidelines.
- Mentor junior designers to foster skill development and encourage innovative thinking.
- Coordinate project timelines and resources to ensure timely delivery of high-quality visual content.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Motion Graphics Design.
- Strong expertise in visual storytelling and the ability to translate complex ideas into engaging motion graphics.
- Experience with industry-standard design software and tools used for motion graphics creation.
- Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams to integrate visual elements seamlessly.
- Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, and composition as they apply to motion design.
- Skilled in creating animations that enhance user engagement and support marketing objectives.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Motion Graphics Design.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
