Summary:
Project Specific JD : S/4Hana Finance RAR Resource with minimum six years working in S/4Hana RAR Finance, Minimum one Revenue Accounting project experience in Telecom or IT industry. Knowledge of Revenue Recognition process alignment with ACS606 and IFRS15, Integration experience with OTC and Finance modules. Need to have end to end business process knowledge of Revenue Accounting, OTC - Sales and Service life cycle, project system.
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of specialized software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project s technical direction and serving as the main liaison for all application-related activities. The position demands coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure the solutions meet business needs while maintaining high standards of quality and performance. The engineer actively oversees the progress of development tasks and ensures that the applications are aligned with organizational goals and client expectations, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of software development activities to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting ERP.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise resource planning systems and their integration within business processes.
- Experience in application design, configuration, and customization to meet specific organizational requirements.
- Ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop effective solutions.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable software solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting ERP.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
