Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

Summary:
Seeking a Middleware Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Apache HTTP Server, Microsoft IIS, and HAProxy to support enterprise production and non-production environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, patch, upgrade, and support Apache, IIS, and HAProxy.
Manage web servers, application pools, virtual hosts, reverse proxy, and load balancing.
Configure and maintain SSL/TLS certificates, HTTPS, and security hardening.
Troubleshoot availability, connectivity, performance, HTTP/HTTPS, and load-balancing issues.
Perform vulnerability remediation, incident resolution, RCA, and change implementation.
Support Windows and Linux environments and automate operational activities using PowerShell, Shell, or Ansible/AWX.
Maintain SOPs and technical documentation and provide production/on-call support.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Strong hands-on experience in Apache Web Server administration, configuration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
Proficiency in Microsoft IIS (Internet Information Services) administration and web application hosting.
Experience with HAProxy for load balancing, high availability, and traffic management solutions.
Strong understanding of SSL/TLS certificate management, encryption protocols, and secure communication practices.
Expertise in implementing and managing Load Balancing solutions to ensure application scalability and availability.
Experience in configuring and supporting Reverse Proxy architectures for web and application services.
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Internet Information Server (IIS) Administration.
- Strong knowledge of web server configuration, management, and troubleshooting.
- Experience in monitoring and maintaining application uptime and performance.
- Ability to analyze logs and diagnose issues related to server and application behavior.
- Familiarity with security best practices and patch management for web servers.
- Skilled in collaborating with development and infrastructure teams to implement changes and updates.

- 5+ years in Middleware/Web Infrastructure support
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
