Project Role Description : Analyze and design new business processes to create the documentation that guides the implementation of new processes and technologies. Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.

Additionally, the role includes participating in user and task analysis to accurately represent business needs, ensuring that solutions are practical and effective across various teams and departments.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of business process models to enhance operational efficiency.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment of objectives.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support in process design and analysis.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Personal Insurance.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Group Life and Group Benefits
- Strong analytical skills to assess and improve business processes effectively.
- Excellent communication abilities to articulate complex process requirements clearly.
- Experience in documenting business processes and creating detailed use cases.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.
- Skilled in conducting user and task analysis to capture business needs accurately.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Personal Insurance.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
