Summary:
As a Technology Support Engineer, a typical day involves addressing and resolving incidents and problems that affect various business system components to maintain smooth and stable operations. The role includes creating and executing Requests for Change to improve system functionality and updating knowledge base articles to enhance troubleshooting efficiency. Collaboration with external vendors and internal service management teams is a key part of the daily routine, ensuring thorough analysis and timely resolution of issues that impact business continuity. This position requires a proactive approach to maintaining system reliability and supporting operational excellence across multiple platforms.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to streamline incident resolution processes and improve service delivery.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on operational goals and project timelines.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Intune.
- Experience in managing device compliance, configuration policies, and application deployment using Microsoft Intune.
- Strong knowledge of endpoint management and security best practices within enterprise environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to device management and system integration.
- Familiarity with cloud-based management solutions and their implementation in large-scale IT operations.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Microsoft Intune.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
