Summary:
In the role of Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineering Lead, a typical day involves taking ownership of the design and continuous improvement of packaged or cloud-based software solutions. This includes managing the configuration, integration, and deployment processes to ensure seamless delivery. The role requires setting and maintaining platform standards that guarantee system stability and optimal performance while balancing business requirements and vendor limitations. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical strategies with organizational goals is a key aspect of daily activities, ensuring the solutions evolve effectively to meet changing demands.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance software delivery and operational efficiency.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely resolution of issues.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps with Azure.
- Fluent in React, or Java, or Python
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines within cloud environments.
- Strong knowledge of version control systems and release management processes.
- Ability to design and implement scalable and secure cloud-based solutions.
- Familiarity with infrastructure as code and automation tools to streamline operations.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 6+ years of experience in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- The Candidate is required to work out of the client office in Kharadi, Pune for 3 days per week
- A 15 years full time education is required.
