Summary:
As a Visual Designer, your day involves interpreting creative or design briefs to develop compelling and distinctive visual communication materials. You will work across multiple platforms such as digital media, print, and user interfaces, ensuring that the brand s identity is consistently represented. Your role includes crafting a visual language that tells a story and evokes emotions aligned with the brand s purpose. Additionally, you will focus on creating modular and scalable design systems that support diverse visual expressions across various media, contributing to a cohesive and impactful brand experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of innovative visual design strategies that align with project goals.
- Facilitate effective communication between creative, technical, and business teams to ensure design objectives are met.
- Mentor junior designers by providing guidance and constructive feedback to support their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Visual Design and Development.
- Strong expertise in creating visual assets for digital and print platforms.
- Experience in developing scalable design systems and modular visual components.
- Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging visual narratives.
- Familiarity with user interface and user experience design principles.
- Skilled in using industry-standard design software and tools to produce high-quality deliverables.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Visual Design and Development.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
