Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and refining comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires actively engaging in the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. The engineer collaborates with various stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that enhance client services, while continuously exploring and applying emerging technologies. Embracing a cloud-first and agile approach, the engineer adapts to evolving project requirements and contributes to creating scalable, efficient, and user-friendly applications that address complex business challenges.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity and product quality.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Anthropic Claude AI.
- Experience with backend and frontend development frameworks and tools relevant to full stack engineering.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms and deployment strategies.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Competence in debugging, testing, and optimizing code for performance and reliability.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Anthropic Claude AI.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
