Summary:
As a Procurement Practice Representative/ ServiceNow Technical Lead, a typical day involves delivering comprehensive procurement and category management services. This includes engaging with various stakeholders to understand their needs, managing supplier relationships to ensure optimal performance, and overseeing strategic sourcing initiatives. The role requires balancing multiple priorities to support organizational goals while fostering collaboration across teams to drive procurement excellence and value creation.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize procurement processes and enhance supplier engagement strategies.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on procurement objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow.
- Strong knowledge of procurement lifecycle management and category management principles.
- Experience in managing supplier performance and vendor relationships effectively.
- Ability to analyze procurement data to support strategic sourcing decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate across teams.
- Capability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve procurement goals.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
