Summary:
As a Technology Architect, a typical day involves designing and delivering comprehensive technology architecture tailored for a specific platform, product, or engagement. This role requires defining solutions that address critical aspects such as performance, capability, and scalability. The day is often spent collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that the architectural vision aligns with business goals and technical requirements, while continuously refining and adapting designs to meet evolving needs and challenges within the project scope.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of architectural frameworks that support business objectives.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements and innovations.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Software Asset Management, ServiceNow SAM Pro Tech Arch - Lead Dev - hands on.
- Strong knowledge of asset lifecycle management and software compliance processes.
- Experience in designing scalable and high-performance technology solutions within enterprise environments.
- Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into effective architectural designs.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and sustainable solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow Software Asset Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
