Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software design and implementation, ensuring that solutions meet organizational goals. The position demands continuous engagement with various stakeholders to align development efforts with strategic priorities, while fostering an environment that promotes innovation, quality, and efficiency in software delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of software development activities to meet project timelines and quality standards.
- Mentor and support team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
- Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and resolve challenges.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Software Asset Management, ServiceNow SAM Pro Integrations Specialist.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices.
- Experience in managing software development lifecycles and agile methodologies.
- Ability to analyze complex technical problems and design scalable solutions.
- Excellent skills in code review, quality assurance, and performance optimization.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Software Asset Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
