Ensure alignment with business requirements including process analysis, design/re-design and/or organization structure definition.

Summary:
In the role of Business Function Implementation Lead, a typical day involves orchestrating the comprehensive execution of initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall performance of a designated business function. This includes overseeing the planning and coordination of activities that span from initial process analysis to the design or redesign of workflows and organizational structures. The role requires ensuring that all efforts are closely aligned with the evolving needs and objectives of the business, facilitating seamless integration and operational efficiency across the function. Collaboration with various stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and achieve strategic goals is a key aspect of daily responsibilities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of business function goals with organizational strategy.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities and implementing effective solutions.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS).
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based service models and their application in business function implementations.
- Experience in process analysis and business process re-engineering to optimize operational workflows.
- Ability to design and implement organizational structures that support business objectives.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills to facilitate collaboration across diverse teams.
- Capability to lead and manage projects ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
