The professional collaborates with different teams to maintain system stability and performance, while continuously monitoring and analyzing system behavior to prevent potential disruptions. The position demands adaptability and a keen eye for detail to support complex software environments effectively.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve system processes and workflows to enhance overall efficiency.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and issue resolution.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Asset Life Cycle Management, Software License Management.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex software issues within critical business systems.
- Experience in managing and supporting software assets throughout their lifecycle, including deployment, maintenance, and retirement.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver timely solutions and improvements.
- Familiarity with software configuration management and change control processes to maintain system integrity.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis and preventive measures.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Asset Life Cycle Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
