As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of custom software solutions. - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have influencing and Advisory skills.
- Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of best practices and coding standards to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams to drive project success.
- Mentor and support team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC).
- Strong expertise in software architecture design and implementation.
- Experience in leading software development teams and managing complex projects.
- Ability to analyze and resolve technical challenges across multiple teams.
- Familiarity with performance optimization and scalable software solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
