Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, your day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to meet evolving business requirements. You will manage software releases, ensure the stability and performance of systems, and utilize various tools and platforms to customize solutions. Your role requires balancing technical adjustments with maintaining compatibility across different environments, ensuring seamless operation and alignment with organizational goals. Collaboration with stakeholders to understand needs and deliver effective application support is a key part of your daily activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.
- Required active participation and contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal system functionality.
- Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records of system modifications.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on application support tasks.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Alteryx.
- Experience with data integration and workflow automation using Alteryx.
- Familiarity with APIs and low-code platforms to extend application capabilities.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently.
- Strong understanding of software release management and version control processes.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Alteryx.
- This position is based at our BDC7B - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
