Summary:
In the role of Large Language Model Architect, a typical day involves designing and structuring advanced language models capable of understanding and generating human-like text. This includes developing neural network configurations and overseeing the processing of extensive datasets to enhance model performance. The role requires continuous refinement of model architectures to meet evolving project goals and collaboration with various teams to integrate these models into broader applications, ensuring they function effectively in real-world scenarios.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and optimization of language model architectures to meet project requirements.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align model capabilities with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI.
- Experience in designing and tuning neural network parameters for natural language processing tasks.
- Strong understanding of large-scale data processing and model training techniques.
- Ability to implement and optimize architectures for language generation and comprehension.
- Familiarity with state-of-the-art methods in unsupervised and self-supervised learning.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Generative AI.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
