Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role includes managing software releases, ensuring the stability and performance of systems, and utilizing various tools and platforms to customize solutions. The engineer collaborates with different teams to maintain compatibility across systems while adapting features to align with organizational goals, ensuring seamless operation and user satisfaction throughout the application lifecycle.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal system functionality.
- Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records to support knowledge sharing and compliance.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices to foster professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
- Experience with application configuration and support in packaged or Software as a Service environments.
- Familiarity with using standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms for solution customization.
- Ability to manage software releases and ensure system stability and performance.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and optimize application functionality.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
- This position is based at our BDC6F - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
