Business and Integration Practitioner
Project Role Description : Assists in documenting the integration strategy endpoints and data flows. Is familiar with the entire project life-cycle, including requirements analysis, coding, testing, deployment, and operations to ensure successful integration. Under the guidance of the Architect, ensure the integration strategy meets business goals.

Summary:
As a Business and Integration Practitioner, a typical day involves supporting the documentation of integration strategies, including defining endpoints and mapping data flows. The role requires active involvement throughout the project life-cycle, from understanding requirements to supporting deployment and operational phases. Working closely with the Architect, the practitioner ensures that integration approaches align with organizational objectives and contribute to seamless business operations. This position demands a proactive approach to collaboration and continuous engagement with various project stages to facilitate effective integration solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze integration requirements.
- Assist in validating integration designs and ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Support troubleshooting and resolving integration issues during testing and deployment phases.
- Document integration processes and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations Functional.
- Strong understanding of enterprise resource planning concepts and business process flows.
- Experience in mapping and documenting data flows and integration endpoints.
- Ability to work with technical teams to translate business requirements into integration solutions.
- Familiarity with testing methodologies and deployment processes within integrated environments.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with architects, developers, and business users.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations Functional.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
