Summary:
As an Analytics and Modeling Lead, a typical day involves spearheading initiatives to collect and interpret diverse data sets related to clients and markets. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Drive the development and implementation of innovative analytical models to address complex business challenges.
- Mentor and support junior team members to build their analytical capabilities and foster professional growth.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment on project objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Qlik Sense.
- Strong expertise in data modeling and visualization techniques to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Experience in designing and optimizing dashboards and reports to support business intelligence initiatives.
- Ability to work with large and varied data sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy throughout the analytical process.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate analytical solutions within broader business frameworks.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving data-related issues to maintain seamless analytical operations.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Qlik Sense.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
