Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role requires managing application features, overseeing release processes, and maintaining system stability. The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to tailor solutions that align with organizational goals while ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance across environments. Collaboration with different teams and continuous monitoring of application health are integral parts of daily activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize application configurations and streamline release management processes.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Siebel Environment Management.
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management within packaged and software as a service environments.
- Experience working with APIs and low-code platforms to customize and extend application functionality.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues to maintain high availability and performance.
- Familiarity with release management practices and tools to support seamless deployment cycles.
- Competence in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Siebel Environment Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
