Summary:
As a Senior React.js and Python Full-Stack Developer, a typical day involves designing, coding, integrating, and improving scalable frontend and backend components for enterprise web applications. The role requires close collaboration with product owners, architects, developers, testers, and business stakeholders to ensure that solutions meet business and technical requirements. The engineer applies modern React.js and Python frameworks, API-driven architecture, cloud-native development practices, and agile methodologies to deliver secure, maintainable, and high-performing applications. Technical leadership, team coordination, mentoring, and continuous improvement are key aspects of the role.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate with multiple teams, and manage the team to perform effectively.
Responsible for technical and team-level decisions for full-stack application design and delivery.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key architecture, technology, security, and implementation decisions.
Provide solutions to complex frontend, backend, API, integration, performance, and production problems across teams.
Lead end-to-end development of scalable applications using React.js for the frontend and Python for the backend.
Design reusable React components and implement component-based architecture, routing, state management, responsive design, and frontend performance optimization.
Develop Python backend services and microservices using FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
Design, build, secure, document, and integrate REST APIs, asynchronous services, and third-party interfaces.
Design and implement database integration using PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, or equivalent data platforms.
Containerize and deploy full-stack applications using Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and AWS or Azure cloud services.
Lead code reviews, automated testing, debugging, performance tuning, deployment readiness, and production support.
Coordinate project tasks to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Mentor junior team members and establish coding standards, reusable design patterns, technical documentation, and engineering best practices.
Facilitate communication between technical and business stakeholders to align solutions with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills / Technical Expertise:
Must To Have Skills: Strong hands-on expertise in both React.js frontend development and Python backend development.
Strong React.js expertise covering reusable components, React Hooks, component lifecycle, routing, Redux or equivalent state management, asynchronous data handling, error handling, and performance optimization.
Strong knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
Strong Python development expertise using FastAPI, Django, or Flask for backend services, APIs, business logic, and microservices.
Strong experience developing and integrating REST APIs, API authentication and authorization, asynchronous services, and enterprise integrations.
Experience with Node.js is desirable, but Python backend development is mandatory for this full-stack role.
Experience with PostgreSQL and working knowledge of MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, or other relational/NoSQL databases.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD automation, and deployment of full-stack applications on AWS or Azure.
Experience with automated testing frameworks for frontend and Python backend components.
Ability to write clean, maintainable, testable, secure, and well-documented code following engineering best practices.
Strong understanding of microservices, cloud-native application design, Agile, Scrum, DevOps, and SDLC methodologies.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, collaboration, mentoring, stakeholder-management, and technical-leadership skills.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have 10–12 years of overall full-stack application development experience, with strong hands-on experience in React.js and Python backend development.
The role is applicable for L9–L8 senior-level hiring.
The candidate should have 15 years of full-time education.
Location: Flexible across Accenture office locations in India.
