Summary:
As a Business Process Designer, a typical day involves thoroughly analyzing current workflows to identify areas where improvements can be made. This role requires developing and refining processes to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness. The individual collaborates closely with business users to gather detailed requirements and create comprehensive use cases. Additionally, they design mechanisms for continuous monitoring and feedback collection, ensuring that processes evolve and improve over time to meet changing business needs. This dynamic environment encourages ongoing evaluation and adaptation of workflows to support organizational goals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead process improvement initiatives by identifying bottlenecks and recommending actionable changes.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on process objectives and deliverables.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices to enhance their development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Hotel and Lodging.
- Strong analytical skills to assess and redesign business workflows effectively.
- Excellent communication abilities to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in process mapping and documentation to clearly define workflows and requirements.
- Capability to design and implement continuous monitoring systems for process improvement.
- Problem-solving skills to develop innovative solutions addressing operational challenges.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Hotel and Lodging.
- This position is based at our BDC7B - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
