Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves analyzing various business requirements and designing solutions that align with client needs. The role includes coding and testing multiple components of application software, ensuring that each element functions seamlessly within the broader system. Time is also dedicated to maintaining existing applications, implementing enhancements, and developing new features to improve overall performance and user experience. Collaboration with different stakeholders and adapting to evolving project demands are integral parts of the daily workflow, fostering continuous improvement and innovation.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify process improvements and implement best practices within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP CO Management Accounting.
- Strong knowledge of cost controlling and profitability analysis within SAP environments.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP CO modules to meet business requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to management accounting processes.
- Familiarity with integration points between SAP CO and other SAP modules such as FI and MM.
- Skilled in analyzing financial data to support decision-making and reporting.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP CO Management Accounting.
- This position is based at our HDC4 - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
