Business and Integration Practitioner
Project Role Description : Assists in documenting the integration strategy endpoints and data flows. Is familiar with the entire project life-cycle, including requirements analysis, coding, testing, deployment, and operations to ensure successful integration. Under the guidance of the Architect, ensure the integration strategy meets business goals.

Summary:
As a Business and Integration Practitioner, a typical day involves supporting the documentation of integration strategy endpoints and mapping data flows to ensure seamless connectivity across systems. The role requires active participation throughout the project life-cycle, from analyzing requirements to overseeing coding, testing, deployment, and operational phases. Working closely with the Architect, the practitioner ensures that integration strategies align with overarching business objectives, facilitating smooth collaboration among various teams and contributing to the overall success of integration initiatives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of integration efforts with business needs.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor integration processes to identify and resolve potential issues proactively.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
- Strong knowledge of integration methodologies and data flow management.
- Experience with system lifecycle management including requirements gathering, development, testing, and deployment.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration challenges.
- Familiarity with collaboration tools and techniques to work effectively across multiple teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering business-aligned solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
