As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and a commitment to ensuring seamless operation of critical applications that support business functions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address system issues effectively.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving capabilities and technical knowledge.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support processes and system reliability.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud BI Reporting and Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot complex system issues.
- Experience in managing and supporting enterprise-level business applications.
- Ability to interpret and analyze data to generate meaningful reports and insights.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with database querying and report generation within cloud environments.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud BI Reporting and Analytics.
- This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
