Summary:
As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and meet specific application requirements. This role requires continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that the developed solutions effectively support organizational goals. The position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and adapting applications to evolving business needs, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across different platforms and environments.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize application performance and scalability.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align development activities with project timelines.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with React.js, Microsoft Azure DevOps, Angular.
- Strong understanding of front-end and back-end development frameworks and best practices.
- Experience in designing RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
- Familiarity with version control systems and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues efficiently.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
