Summary:
In the role of Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineering Lead, a typical day involves taking ownership of the design and continuous improvement of packaged or cloud-based solutions. This includes managing the configuration settings, overseeing system integrations, and coordinating release activities. The role requires setting and maintaining platform standards to guarantee system stability and optimal performance while ensuring alignment with both business requirements and vendor limitations. Collaboration with various stakeholders to drive solution evolution and address operational challenges is a key aspect of daily responsibilities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize system configurations and integration processes to enhance overall solution efficiency.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of releases.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP CO Management Accounting.
- Strong knowledge of configuration and integration processes within packaged or cloud-based enterprise solutions.
- Experience in managing software release cycles and maintaining platform stability.
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to system performance and vendor constraints.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Capability to establish and enforce standards that align with business objectives and technical requirements.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP CO Management Accounting.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
