Summary:
As a Researcher, a typical day involves carefully planning and organizing research activities by employing a variety of secondary and primary research methods. The role requires structuring research projects to gather meaningful insights and analyzing market trends to support ongoing initiatives. Throughout the day, the individual collaborates with different stakeholders to communicate research findings effectively, ensuring that the outcomes contribute to the strategic direction of key projects. This position demands a thoughtful approach to delivering well-rounded research outputs that inform decision-making and enhance project success.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of research methodologies to ensure high-quality data collection and analysis.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team to foster innovation and improvement.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and mentorship to enhance their research capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Asset Performance Management (APM).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Experience in managing and executing research projects with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills to present research findings clearly to diverse audiences.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Familiarity with data management and reporting tools relevant to asset performance and research analysis.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Asset Performance Management (APM).
- This position is based at Onsite - United Arab Emirates
- A 15 years full time education is required.
