Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing software releases to maintain system stability and performance. Throughout the day, the engineer collaborates with various teams to ensure solutions are aligned with organizational goals while utilizing standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver seamless integration and functionality. Continuous monitoring and adjustment of applications are key to sustaining optimal operation within dynamic environments.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective application configurations.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Document configuration changes and maintain clear records to support knowledge sharing and future reference.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices to foster professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform NETVIBES.
- Strong understanding of application configuration and release management processes.
- Experience working with APIs and low-code platforms to customize and extend application functionality.
- Ability to analyze system performance and implement improvements to maintain stability.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques and problem-solving methodologies within packaged or SaaS environments.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform NETVIBES.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
