Summary:
As a Large Language Model Developer, your day involves refining and adapting advanced language models to better suit specific domains and instructions. You will engage in detailed tuning processes to improve the model's accuracy and applicability, ensuring it performs effectively within targeted contexts. This role requires a thoughtful approach to enhancing model capabilities, balancing technical adjustments with practical outcomes to meet project goals and stakeholder needs.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate model improvements into broader systems.
- Document model development processes and share insights to support team knowledge growth.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in model development tasks.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI, API Management, Large Language Models (LLMs), Python Frameworks, Agentic AI, Prompt Engineering.
- Strong experience in fine-tuning language models with a focus on instruction tuning and domain adaptation.
- Ability to design and implement scalable AI solutions that align with project requirements.
- Familiarity with data preprocessing techniques and model evaluation metrics specific to language models.
- Experience in optimizing model performance and troubleshooting issues during development cycles.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Generative AI.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
