Cloud Services Engineer
Project Role Description : Act as liaison between the client and Accenture operations teams for support and escalations. Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks. Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime. Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends.

Summary:
As a Cloud Services Engineer, a typical day involves serving as the key point of contact between the client and internal operations teams to facilitate smooth support and escalation processes. This role requires continuous monitoring and communication of service delivery status to all relevant stakeholders, ensuring transparency around any performance challenges or potential risks. The engineer oversees cloud orchestration and automation systems, striving to maintain operations within agreed service level agreements and minimizing downtime. Regular performance review meetings are conducted to analyze consumption patterns and share insights, fostering proactive management of cloud services and enhancing overall service reliability.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to optimize cloud service delivery and resolve complex issues.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives within the team and with stakeholders.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
- Experience with cloud orchestration and automation tools to manage and optimize cloud environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze performance data and identify root causes.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise between clients and internal teams.
- Ability to conduct performance reviews and present technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with service level agreements and operational best practices in cloud service management.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
