Summary:
As a Data Platform Engineer, a typical day involves contributing to the development and refinement of the data platform blueprint and design. This role requires close collaboration with Integration Architects and Data Architects to ensure seamless integration across various systems and data models. The position demands a proactive approach to aligning platform components with organizational data strategies, fostering effective communication among teams, and supporting the overall architecture to meet evolving business needs.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of data platform components with business objectives.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to data platform integration and performance.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate platform processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Managed File Transfer.
- Experience with data integration techniques and tools related to Managed File Transfer.
- Strong understanding of data flow orchestration and secure file transfer protocols.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize Managed File Transfer processes for efficiency and reliability.
- Familiarity with system interoperability and data exchange standards.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Managed File Transfer.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
