Project Role Description : Establish and enforce data governance policies to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of organizational data. Collaborate with key stakeholders to define data standards, facilitate effective data collection, storage, access, and usage; and drive data stewardship initiatives for comprehensive and effective data governance.

Summary:
We are seeking an Associate Manager with strong hands-on Collibra expertise to lead a data governance implementation project. The candidate will serve as the technical lead, driving delivery across Collibra components while collaborating with business and data stakeholders.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead configuration and implementation of Collibra Data Intelligence Cloud (DIC).
- Design Communities, Domains, Asset Types, workflows, and stewardship models.
- Configure Business Glossary, Data Catalog, Policy Manager, and Data Dictionary.
- Build technical and business data lineage using Lineage Harvester and Jobserver.
- Integrate Collibra with upstream/downstream systems via REST APIs and connectors.
- Manage project milestones, stakeholder communication, and junior team members
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Data Intelligence Cloud (DIC) — platform setup & environment management
- Business Glossary & Data Catalog — authoring, harvesting, enrichment
- Data Lineage — Harvester, Jobserver, lineage graph
- Policy Manager & Workflow Designer — custom workflows, BPMN, approvals
- REST API — integrations, automation, bulk operations
- Roles & Responsibilities — permissions, stewardship assignments
- Experience with Collibra data quality management and data lineage
- SQL and cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Python or scripting for automation
- Agile/Scrum delivery experience
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum: 4–5 years experience in Collibra Data Governance.
- Primary Location Kolkata, if not then Flex
- Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Collibra Ranger, Steward, or Architect certification preferred
- Proven experience leading Collibra deployments in enterprise environments
