Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve layout quality and efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers to develop their skills and understanding of analog layout design.
- Coordinate with manufacturing and testing teams to ensure designs are feasible and meet production standards.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Analog Layout Design.
- Strong knowledge of analog circuit design principles and their impact on layout.
- Experience with layout tools and software used for analog circuit design.
- Understanding of parasitic extraction and its influence on circuit performance.
- Ability to analyze and mitigate signal integrity issues within analog layouts.
- Familiarity with power distribution techniques and noise reduction strategies in analog circuits.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Analog Layout Design.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
