The architect defines boundaries for customization and provides guidance on platform usage to maintain optimal performance and long-term maintainability. Collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure the architecture supports business needs and technical standards is a central part of daily activities, fostering innovation and strategic alignment across projects.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead architectural reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to align objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow, ITSM, ITOM, CMDB.
- Strong knowledge of cloud computing concepts and SaaS architecture principles.
- Experience with designing multi-tenant applications and modular software components.
- Ability to define and enforce customization limits to maintain system integrity.
- Familiarity with security best practices and cost optimization strategies in SaaS environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable and maintainable solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
