Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the initiative to design, develop, and configure software applications tailored to meet project requirements. This role serves as the central point of contact, coordinating efforts across various teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery. The position demands proactive engagement in problem-solving and decision-making to drive project success while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and team members throughout the development lifecycle.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices to enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Facilitate effective communication channels between cross-functional teams to align project goals.
- Continuously evaluate and improve software development processes to optimize efficiency.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with DevOps.
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure management and deployment strategies.
- Ability to design scalable and secure cloud-based applications.
- Experience with automation tools and infrastructure as code.
- Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and performance tuning in cloud environments.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- This position is based at our MDC5C - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
