- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment on project objectives.
- Mentor and support team members to enhance their skills and professional growth.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development processes and team productivity.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management.
- Strong leadership abilities to guide cross-functional teams and manage complex project timelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the capacity to develop innovative solutions in dynamic environments.
- Experience in setting and enforcing development standards to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining focus on strategic priorities.
- Skilled in risk management and mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Program Project Management.
- This position is based at Client Onsite - Within India.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
