Application Support Engineer
Project Role Description : Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Summary:
As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you will provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products, both remote and onsite. You will work within a defined operating model and processes, implementing technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Flexible to work in 24x7 rotational shifts, including weekend
Excellent communication skills
Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
Document troubleshooting steps and solutions for future reference.
Provide training and guidance to junior team members.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Mandatory Basic Networking skills: Routing & Switching (CCNA, JNCIA equivalent)
Must Have Skills: F5 Load Balancers, Cisco ACI, Arista, VMWare - vSphere Networking (Minimum 4 Skills out of the list)
Good to have Skills: Python, Ansible, Terraform, Git, REST APIs, CI/CD (Minimum 4 Skills out of the list)
Good to have knowledge on Skills: Cloud Networking, Automation, SDWAN, Firewalls (Minimum 3 skills out of the list)
Proficiency in designing and deployment SDN Datacenter technologies, Load Balancer Technologies (Mandatory requirement)
Expert Certifications
Strong understanding of network protocols and technologies.
Experience with virtualization technologies like VMware - vSphere.
Knowledge of cloud computing concepts and platforms.
Hands-on experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SD Access Operations.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15-year full time education is required.
