As an Engineering Services Practitioner, a typical day involves supporting the development of comprehensive engineering solutions that address complex challenges and align with organizational goals. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to build knowledge and support the team.
- Participate in Problem Solving discussions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze technical requirements.
- Assist in documenting engineering processes and maintaining technical records.
- Contribute to the identification and implementation of process improvements.
- Support junior team members by sharing insights and providing guidance.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Aircraft Manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles related to structural and stress design.
- Familiarity with configuration management and technical documentation standards.
- Ability to apply scientific and socio-economic knowledge to practical engineering problems.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Basic knowledge of qualification and certification processes within the aerospace industry.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 0-2 years of experience in Aircraft Manufacturing.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
