Summary:
As a ServiceNow Senior BPC, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of bespoke software solutions. This role requires guiding and supporting teams throughout the design and delivery phases, ensuring that development standards are maintained. The position focuses on aligning software performance and scalability with the broader business goals, while fostering collaboration and innovation within the team to meet project milestones effectively.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of software development projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Mentor and support team members to enhance their skills and professional growth.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure clarity and shared understanding of project goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow - Now Assist.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices.
- Experience in managing and leading software development teams.
- Ability to design scalable and high-performance software solutions.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
