Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of software development initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Mentor and support team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
- Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams to drive project success.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and methodologies to improve software development practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Mainframe Modernization.
- Strong expertise in legacy system analysis and migration strategies.
- Experience with software architecture design and implementation for scalable solutions.
- Ability to lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary technical teams.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization of enterprise applications.
- Skilled in troubleshooting complex technical issues and providing innovative solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Mainframe Modernization.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
