As a ServiceNow Senior Business Process Consultant, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of custom software solutions. This role requires guiding and supporting teams throughout the design and delivery phases, ensuring that development standards are maintained. The position focuses on achieving scalable and high-performance software aligned with organizational goals, while fostering collaboration and innovation within the team environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of software development projects to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their skills and professional growth.
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices for scalable solutions.
- Experience in managing and leading software development teams through complex projects.
- Ability to ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and adherence to standards.
- Familiarity with performance optimization techniques and troubleshooting in custom software environments.
- Skilled in coordinating cross-functional collaboration to drive project success.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
